This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be granted for services offered by Aniera Production & Language Institute (“we,” “our,” “us”).

  1. General Policy

All payments made for courses, workshops, events, and production services are non-refundable, except in specific cases mentioned below.
By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

  1. Course Enrollment Cancellation
  2. Student-Initiated Cancellation
  • If a student decides to cancel their enrollment before the course starts, no refund will be issued, but the student may request:
    • Batch transfer (if seats are available), or
    • Credit adjustment toward another course.
  • If cancellation occurs after the course has started, no refund or credit will be provided.
  1. Institute-Initiated Cancellation

If we cancel or postpone a course due to unavoidable circumstances:

  • Students may choose either a full refund or a free transfer to another batch or course.
  1. Refund Policy for Production Services
  • Advance payments for production-related services (audio, video, editing, shoots, etc.) are non-refundable.
  • If the institute cancels or fails to deliver the agreed service, a partial or full refund may be issued based on project progress.
  1. Digital Products & Materials

Payments for digital content such as:

  • Class recordings
  • Study materials
  • Digital downloads
  • Online assessments

are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

  1. Installment & EMI Payments
  • If you are paying in installments, failure to complete payments may result in:
    • Loss of access to classes
    • Withholding certificates
    • Late fees or penalties
  • Installments already paid are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  1. Attendance & Missed Classes
  • Missing classes does not qualify for a refund.
  • Depending on availability, students may request access to recorded sessions or attend makeup classes (not guaranteed).
  1. Workshops, Events & Short-term Programs
  • Fees for one-day/short-term workshops or special events are non-refundable due to limited seating.
  • Tickets or passes may be transferable if requested at least 48 hours before the event.
  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal scheduling conflicts
  • Technical issues on the student’s end
  • Failure to meet course requirements
  • Misconduct leading to suspension
  • Incomplete use of service or absence
  1. Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on bank or payment gateway policies.
