  1. Attendance & Conduct

  1. Online Classes & Technical Requirements

For online learning:

  • Students must ensure stable internet and a functioning device.
  • We are not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues on the student’s end.
  • Class recordings (if provided) are for personal use only.
  1. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools or platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, payment gateways, etc.).
We are not responsible for their performance, security, or policy changes.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any personal loss, damage, or injury during classes or projects
  • Technical failures or data loss
  • Losses arising from misuse of training material
  • Actions taken by third-party platforms or service providers
